Age: Four (about 28 in dog years)
Gender: Female
Species: Wolf
History:
Eden was born in a pack a long way from Rose valley. Sadly, her mother died while giving birth to her and her littermate, Magdalene, and so the two she-pups was raised by their aunt, a subordinate female in the pack. Meanwhile their older sister, Jura, took over as alpha female of the pack.Appearance:
For the first three years of their lives, Eden and Magdalene were content in their home. The only difficulty came from Jura, who felt threatened by her likable, outgoing sister and thus treated her badly. Eden thought little of it though; she had no intention of taking over leadership.
The change came when Eden made the mistake of getting pregnant with the pups of a lone wolf. The pack was very strict about only allowing the alpha and beta pair to breed. Jura took this oppurtunity to get rid of her younger sibling once and for all, and exiled her. Not wanting to abandon her beloved sister, Magdalene followed, and the two roamed as loners for a while.
When it came time for Eden to give birth, th two found a hollow that could be used as a den and decided to make it theirs. They marked it out as their territory, and became a pack that they called the Rosa Ancra, with Eden as its alpha female and Magdalene as its beta female. Eden gave birth to three pups, though sadly one was stillborn. The others, however, were healthy and strong, and she named them Timmy and Charlie. Not long afterward, a young orphaned she-wolf named Crista found them. Eden agreed to make her part of the pack, and she became the omega. Now Eden cares for her, as well as her sons.
Eden is a medium-sized she-wolf with a graceful build that seems designed more for speed and agility than strength, what with her long legs an trim, slender middle. Her build is hard to see though, for it's concealed behind her fur. This fur is medium length but very dense, perfect for keeping her warm in the winter, without making her overheat in the summer. She has a face that, with its long tapering muzzle and small, pert ears, has an intelligent expression to it, while her eyes shine with kindness despite being a rather alarming shade of royal purple.Personality:
As for her colouration, her base shade is a light reddish brown which fades to cream on her lower legs and muzzle. On her back she has a dark silvery grey saddle-like marking that extends from the base of her neck to near her tail.
Eden is a wolf with a kind heart and a strong backbone. She is generally a friendly and peaceful wolf who likes nothing more than sitting and chatting with good friends. She's a social creature by nature, and likes meeting new wolves so long as they don't threaten her little group. Loving and kind, she finds it hard to ignore a wolf in pain and will generally do everything she can to help them.Role-play Example:
However, if you put Eden in a difficult situation, she shows her metal. A natural leader, she has a logical mind that's good at working out problems, and a tendency to not panic that often comes in invaluable. She's not a very good fighter, partly due to her slim build and partly because she's never been taught, but that doesn't stop her from trying if she needs to.
Eden’s nose twitched as she scented the air, the grey wolf scanning the area for any hint of her pups. She wasn’t overly worried about them; she knew they wouldn’t have strayed too far away, but she wanted to keep them close by anyway; they needed to learn not to wander off. True, there didn’t seem to be much danger here and now, but who knows where they could find themselves if they weren’t careful.
It didn’t take her long to find their scent, and once she had it, she was easily able to track them. It seemed as though Charlie, the naughtier of the two, had led his brother off on one of his ‘adventures’ again. Eden sighed inwardly; she hadn’t believed her mother when she’d told her how difficult raising pups was. Now that she had her first litter, Eden could see that she had been telling the truth.
Once she could tell that she was fairly close to her sons she sat down and loosed a long howl. Almost immediately their pup-voices were raised in answer, and a moment later she saw them gambling towards her, racing each other. She couldn’t help but smile when she saw them; her lovely, sweet pups, and she forgot her annoyance as they crowded around her legs and nuzzled her lovingly.
